The band was formed in a small town in the north of Iceland, Sauðárkrókur, by weird poet Arnar Freyr, metal drummer Andri, bass player Jón Atli, Fúsi on guitar and Helgi Sæmundur who had just bought a syntheziser without having any idea on how to use it.
