Iceland’s number one band Dikta (Best Band of 2010 – Icelandic Music Awards) will travel all the way from Iceland to headline the event with support from the amazing Fair Ohs, Chapter 24 and Hear We Dance Dj´s from London, UK.

Dikta is a four piece indie rock band from Iceland. In 2006 Dikta recorded their album, "Hunting for Happiness". Produced by Ace of Skunk Anansie and released by the Sugarcubes-owned label, Smekkleysa/Bad Taste. Dikta's performance at the Iceland Airwaves festival in front of a packed venue earned them a write up in Rolling Stone Magazine, and after hitting the local venues for a year, Dikta headed out to play clubs in London, Copenhagen, L.A. and New York. Dikta has shared stages with bands like Vampire Weekend, Fanfarlo, We Are Scientists, CSS, Ra Ra Riot and !!! (Chk, Chk, Chk) and is known for a powerful yet intimate live show.
Dikta released their much anticipated self-produced album, "Get It Together", in November 2009, and the reception has been nothing short of amazing. The album went gold and was nominated album of the year in the Icelandic Music Awards. It´s currently the best selling album in Iceland and the single "Thank You" is the most-played song in Icelandic radio as well. Dikta was voted the most popular band at the Icelandic music awards 2009.
